The building is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The loading dock is open for deliveries Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:45 pm. No truck deliveries are allowed after 4:45 pm. Any request for service after hours, on weekends or holidays, must be made by prior arrangement with the Property Management Office and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
All Deliveries and messenger services, with the exception of letters and small packages are to use the loading dock as entrance to the building. With special permission trucks will enter and exit on 52nd street, which is an east-bound street, into the loading dock. Hand trucks will be allowed in the entrance to the loading dock. All items, other than personal belongings are subject to inspection and must be accompanied by a Property Pass signed and validated by a previously designated company representative. All construction deliveries must be scheduled through the building at least 24 hours in advance of the required activity. All scheduling will be accomplished on a first come, first served basis.
